The stages
Every stage closes with a clear decision, not an open discussion.
We learn what the company does, who for, who it competes against, and what already works in your market. We come out with a positioning and a direction.
We present two or three distinct identity directions, each with the reasoning behind it. You pick one, with the full context on the table.
We polish the chosen direction and build the complete system: logo with variants, colours, typography, graphic elements, brand book.
An organised folder with the source files, the brand book, and a handover call where we explain everything.
How the feedback
works
One big round of feedback per stage, not endless comments.
Design projects stall most often because of fragmented feedback: one remark a day, from different people, with no decision. That is why we work with one big round of feedback per stage, gathered in a single place.
In practice: we present, you gather the remarks from everyone involved, you send them at once, we implement them and move to the next stage.
What you get
at the end
Everything that belongs to the brand, in one place, with no dependency on us.
- The complete source files: AI, SVG, PNG, PDF
- The brand book with the usage rules
- The live site with full access, if it was part of the project
- Training for your team, recorded
- The rights, in full, on the final payment
Frequently asked questions
A complete brand usually takes 2–3 weeks. Brand plus website: 5–7 weeks. Projects with applications or e-commerce: 8–12 weeks. We set the exact deadline after the first call.
One big round of feedback per stage. In practice that covers most projects, because the directions come out of research rather than guesswork.
Directly with the founders. There are four of us and we work in-house: web and UX, design, video, backend. There are no account managers between you and the people doing the work.
You get everything: the source files, the brand book, the live site with full access, and training for your team. The rights and the files stay yours.
