W’02Seayou builds modern residential developments near the sea. We built the brand system, the logo, the illustration and the guide. And the site, all in one language: sun, colour and air.
Context
Seayou builds residential developments on Faleză Nord, near the sea: apartments designed for comfort and balance.
The problem
Seaside real estate all communicates the same way: generic renders, big promises, zero identity. Seayou had to look different before selling square metres.
What we did
A complete brand system: logo, illustration, brand guide, plus the presentation site.
The system we built
The sun on the horizon as the central mark, a palette taken from the coloured balconies of the towers, our own illustrations, and a site that sells a way of living rather than floor area.
The result
An identity recognised instantly on any channel, from the site hoarding to seayou.ro. And a living guide the team uses without us.
