What it means, in practiceely
"Social media" covers three different things, which usually get mixed together and that is why the work turns out badly.
- Content production: the photos, the filming and the graphics. The part that costs the most time.
- Publishing: what appears, where and when. This is where the calendar and the consistency live.
- Conversations: the messages and the comments. The part where clients are won or lost.
The first conversation is about which of them you are actually missing. Some companies have good material and do not use it, and some post daily without having anything to show.
Why it matters that it happens in the same place as the brand
When the content is made somewhere other than the brand, it shows within two weeks. The colours drift, the tone changes from one post to the next, and the typography in a story does not match the one on the packaging.
Here, the people who built the visual identity are the ones producing what gets posted. It is not a matter of org charts but of results: you no longer have to explain to anyone what your brand looks like.
The practical part: we can film, photograph and animate without taking the project out of house, so a new piece of material does not depend on an external supplier’s schedule.
How we work
Who the clients are, what you sell, and what you want to happen after someone sees a post.
How the account looks and speaks: what kind of material, which themes recur, what we do not do.
We film and shoot in batches, so we are not chasing content every week.
You see it before publishing and approve it. No surprises on your account.
We post and keep in touch with the people who write in, following the rules set at the start.
What worked, what did not, and what we change next month. With numbers, not impressions.
Accounts we manage
Three accounts, three ways of selling: a store whose products change often, a residential development where the decision takes months, and a booking platform where everything happens on a phone. A different content direction for each.
Frequently asked questions
It is built to measure, depending on how many posts a month, how many platforms, and how much material has to be produced from scratch. An account that already has photos and video is a different matter from one where we film monthly. After the first call you get a quote with everything it includes.
We choose together, based on where your clients are rather than what is fashionable. Two platforms done seriously often beat five done in a rush. If you sell to businesses, the conversation looks different from selling directly to people.
We produce it. We have photo, video and motion in-house, plus the design side, so we do not depend on anyone else for the posts to happen. If you already have good material, we use yours. What we will not do is fill the calendar with stock images.
It is agreed at the start and written down in black and white, because this is where most clients are lost. We can take over the conversations, or you can keep them and we give you ready-written answers for the recurring questions. What does not work is each side assuming the other is handling it.
The first signs appear within a few weeks, but it matters what we call "something". Follower growth is the most visible and the least useful. What we track are the messages, the bookings and the orders that come from there, and those need more time and a clear path from post to purchase.
Yes, we have Meta Ads on the team. Our recommendation is not to start ads before you have content that works organically and somewhere to send people. Otherwise you are paying to drive traffic to a place that does not convert.
